The story of Beau and Jacqueline
How they met

The First Move
Beau and Jacqueline met the old fashioned way. Just kidding! It was through a dating app… kinda. After matching on both Bumble and Hinge, Beau made the (digital) first move. He reached out and made a comment on how they both have springer spaniels, Yogi and Mack. Jacqueline thinking it was cute, forgot to reply and ended up deleting all apps. Oops! Lucky for her, Beau found and followed her on Instagram. In December of that same year, Jacqueline went home to Wisconsin for Christmas. Now “ChefBeauaredee” is a unique username that sticks out, so Beau left himself quite memorable off the bat. Jacqueline spent the night scrolling through his profile and sending pictures to her friends giggling about how cute he was and getting the “ok” to reach out (it’s a girl thing).
Her friends encouraged it and she asked Beau to get a drink the following week when she was back in Seattle after the Holidays. He quickly responded he’d loved to and that he’d “see her next year”.

Linda's
Their first date was at Linda’s, a dive bar in Capital Hill, Washington. After bonding over their love for Old Fashioneds it immediately became their staple drink. They talked for hours and bought tickets to see Hippie Sabotage the next week. The very next day Beau met Jacqueline’s entire friend group, blending in seamlessly (because everyone loves Beau). The concert came and went and their connection only grew but they remained “just friends” until the day after Jacqueline’s 25th when they made it official.
They lived in Seattle for another year and a half, before moving to Moscow, Idaho to continue their education in July of 2023.
Happily Ever After
In September 2023, Jacqueline and Beau drove up to Seattle for the weekend to celebrate a friends wedding. The day after, Beau took Jacqueline to the spot he first saw her in 2021, and knelt down in front of all of their friends. Beau asked Jacqueline to spend the rest of her life with him and of course, she said yes.
